Low Gluten Products

A section for those like my son that struggle with a gluten intolerance, I am happy to offer an alternative to most baked products. Everything in my kitchen including utensils, surfaces, and equipment is sanitized and I dedicate an entire day of baking low gluten products and ensuring they are packaged before resuming any kind of gluten product is used in my kitchen again.

Please Note: While I take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination, my kitchen also produces traditional wheat-based baked goods. As a result, I cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment.
